Our client, a nationally recognized broker-dealer renowned for their exceptional client service and commitment to employee satisfaction, is seeking a Assistant Branch Manager for their location in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the Branch Manager in cultivating a high-performing sales team while fostering the development of service associates who drive revenue and deliver outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

The Branch Leader will:

  • Assisting the Branch Manager in creating a high-performing sales team and nurturing service associates to drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Executing national strategies to expand the business through in-branch client interactions, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events.
  • Managing operational tasks, including oversight of local risk and compliance matters and addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Promoting the professional growth of branch associates through training, mentorship, counseling, and motivational support.


Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven success in managing sales teams.
  • Strong relationship management skills paired with expertise in financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • A professional demeanor and strong work ethic.


Position Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a financial sales role.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a management role within the financial services sector.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65/63) licenses.
  • Series 9/10 required
