    Job Details
  • Looking for someone that has a background in urology, GYN colorectal, eyes and can scrub Robots.
  • This is a Monday - Friday position.
  • May need to take call.
  • Will need to possibly pick up 6 late shifts 11:00-1945 per 13 week assignment.
    Job Requirements
  • American Heart Association certifications required for clinical positions.
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration.
  • Must provide verification of employment within 5 years.
    Schedule Information
  • Monday - Friday position.
  • May need to take call.
  • Potentially pick up 6 late shifts from 11:00-1945.
    Additional Details
  • Proof of vaccination within past 10 years required.
  • Must provide completed I-9 or attestation that completed I-9 is on file and candidate is eligible for work.
  • Competency Exams for the relevant department must be scored at least 80%.
  • Kaley Smith requires 2 Professional References within the last 2 years.
