Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1 hour lunch break)
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support in our clinic to ensure high quality, patient-centered care. Duties include patient relations, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, collecting relevant insurance information, accepts payments for services, and answering phones.
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
Knowledge of patient registration procedures and documentation.
Knowledge of medical insurance claims procedures and documentation.
Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
