The Role
This individual will join the executive leadership team in identifying new capital partners, specifically high net worth individuals and family offices, to secure equity funding for their ground-up development projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships within high-net-worth individuals and family offices to secure equity investments in built for rent real estate projects.
- Execute fundraising strategies, present financial models, and market insights to potential investors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors by providing regular updates, reports, and insights regarding the performance of the investments.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities and developments in the real estate industry.
- Work closely with the executive team to refine equity raising strategies and provide feedback on investor sentiment.
- Maintain accurate records of investors interactions, commitments, and all transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in raising equity for real estate projects.
- Established network of high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling and investment structures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
