As a Fast Track Sales Representative , you’ll join one of the nation’s largest freight brokerage firms, helping to move essential goods across the country. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to build relationships and develop your own book of business.
- Close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs.
- Negotiate pricing with shippers and carriers, creating solutions that work for everyone.
- Manage shipments daily to ensure everything runs smoothly, solving challenges as they arise.
- Communicate openly with your team and customers to build trust and maintain transparency.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A college degree is helpful but not required—many of our top performers started without one.
- A strong work ethic and the drive to outperform expectations.
- Confidence in your negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
