Job Title: Account Manager

As a key member of the Everest sales team, you'll drive our growth by managing existing accounts and strategically developing new business. This encompasses the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client needs assessment to presenting our value proposition, negotiating agreements, and closing deals. You'll have full company support to achieve success and meet ambitious sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand current accounts to maximize sales potential.
- Proactively identify and qualify prospects, engaging with decision-makers to present Everest's capabilities and services.
- Articulate our value proposition, generating excitement and securing client commitment.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals consistently.
- Utilize CRM for accurate pipeline management, tracking prospect data, and providing reliable forecasts (monthly/quarterly).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- History of closing $100K+ deals.
- Demonstrated excellence in lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, and client relationship building.
- Expertise in presentations and driving productive conversations with key stakeholders.
- Hunter/farmer mentality with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
Desired (Bonus) Skills:
- Experience selling IT staffing or project services.
- IT domain knowledge (Big Data, Cloud, Mobile, .Net, Java applications).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM.
