The Personalization Lead will be responsible for leading the personalization efforts for the Digital Experience Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to translate that understanding into personalized experiences that would drive engagement and revenue.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in personalization, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Experience with personalization technology and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
