Summary

You'll act as an on-call Porter, greeting guests, cleaning common areas, and handling the upkeep of the building.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with residents as needed
• Sweep and mop floors, lobbies, entryways, hallways, and stairwells
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment for tenants
• Remove and dispose of trash using a trash compactor
• Deliver packages to apartments when needed

Requirements

• 6+ months of previous cleaning experience in a large building
• 5+ days of open availability per week (Mon-Sun)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long durations
