ITC Infotech is looking for Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Watsonville, CA.

Working Mode: Fully Onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account provisioning, organizational units (OU), security groups, and permission management.
• Manage mailboxes and handle various license types.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot M365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Set up and manage network printers on user devices.
• Install and configure tools and software as needed.
• Execute OS imaging processes and leverage knowledge of Intune for device management.
• Analyze and resolve hardware and operating system issues efficiently.
• Handle and resolve tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
• Knowledge of Okta and Citrix functions.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with end users and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• OS Imaging/Software Center
• Active Directory User Management
• Desktop Troubleshooting
• ServiceNow Ticketing Tool

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in IT support tools and technologies.
