Sales & Marketing Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our clients team in Bartlett, TN. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales related to advertising, marketing, or printing services. However, we are open to training the right individual with a strong desire to learn and excel. This role requires a go-getter attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Prospecting:
• Conduct cold calls to identify and secure potential clients
• Visit businesses and knock on doors to present our printing services
• Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Schedule and attend in-person or virtual sales meetings with prospects and clients
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Provide consultative solutions to meet client marketing and printing needs
• Follow up on leads and nurture client accounts to drive repeat business
• Marketing Initiatives:
• Collaborate with the team to create sales strategies and marketing materials
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related activities

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, or printing services preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges
