CorpNet.com is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who excels in both leadership and hands-on development. If you have a strong track record with Salesforce.com and a passion for translating complex business needs into technical solutions, please join our team.


You'll work closely with the founders, cross-divisional teams and department leads (Cx, Support, Fulfillment, Sales) to drive our Salesforce implementation and integrations, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct development and data work.


What You Will Do

This position is at the heart of all our technology. In addition to working with cross divisional teams to develop and refine products and workflows, you will also work with multiple, Azure, Rest API, C# .Net and SQL teams to support accuracy, reliability, and scalability across all our applications. We are constantly inventing, improving, refining, and building.


  • Salesforce Customization & Development: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Create custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows to meet business requirements. Build and optimize complex data models and flows in Salesforce.
  • Integrations: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with department leads, product managers, Cx, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across different platforms.
  • Automation & Optimization: Develop automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex triggers. Identify areas for improvement in the existing Salesforce environment, pitch your ideas, and bring them to life.
  • Testing & Deployment: Participate in code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and security. Deploy solutions using Salesforce change sets or third-party tools.
  • Documentation & Training: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solutions and workflows. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and users.


Experience and Position Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Einstein GPT for Sales is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with strong project management skills and the ability to accurately scope and estimate time required while meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in object-oriented programming and experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). Salesforce Platform Developer II (required). Other certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Architect, are a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Masters Degree is a Plus.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $163,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid twice per month.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated, and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.

Interview Process:

There will be a comprehensive, multi stage interview with different executives including the founders. This interview process will require verification of your credentials and a technical interview with a live coding exercise.
