A highly reputable and growing global manufacturing organization is seeking to hire an EHS Manager for their growing facility. This individual will be responsible for managing the EHS program(s) for the company’s 500+ employee production facility. Responsibilities:
- Engage with and influence team members at all levels of the organization to promote pervasive EHS culture.
- Ensure EHS compliance with regulatory authorities (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.) and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement EHS training and development program(s) for new and existing employees.
- Lead risk assessments, EHS audits, hazard analysis, and near miss activities.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze EHS data and records and reports.
- Seek out and implement continuous improvement opportunities specific to EHS.
- Manage emergency action and first responder programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing environment(s).
- Thorough understanding of current regulatory environment, requirements, and trends.
