Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with trust and estate planning tasks, including drafting basic documents and assembling client files.
- Maintain and follow established protocols for naming, organizing, and saving documents in digital and physical formats.
- Conduct basic research and compile information for tax, probate, and estate planning matters.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines by tracking tasks and managing workflows.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support within a legal, accounting, or wealth management setting.
- Familiarity with probate and trust and estate work; basic drafting skills are required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
