Human Resource Business Partner
We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner for a senior living facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This person will be responsible for leading a thriving system of support and development for all personnel with goals of recruiting, growing, and retaining employees in line with meeting company initiatives.
Salary: $75K-$83K
On-site Position- with the opportunity to work from home 1x week.
Job Summary:
Manage and continuously improve Human Resource programs and processes that support company culture and align with the division's strategic direction and goals. Serve as a business partner to the leadership team and as a trusted advisor for all employees.
General Responsibilities:
- Consult with management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR professional with employee relations
- ADP and healthcare background highly preferred
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Union experience preferred
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
