We are seeking a Network Engineer or Network Specialist with extensive field experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining access control equipment, surveillance systems, intercoms, and general camera systems. This role requires strong expertise in networking and security, coupled with a passion for delivering reliable, high-performance solutions in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Configuration:

• Manage and conduct on-site installations of access control systems, surveillance cameras, intercoms, and other security equipment .
• Configure hardware and software systems to integrate with Grata’s smart living platform.
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.

Network Design & Implementation:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust network solutions to support IoT devices and security systems.
• Ensure network configurations meet security standards and perform optimally under varied conditions.

Field Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing and resolving system issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular maintenance, firmware updates, and system diagnostics to ensure long-term performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, property owners, and contractors to understand project requirements and ensure seamless system integration
