Our client is looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong foundation in Financial Planning & Analysis (Budgeting). The Financial Analyst will work closely with global finance leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and strategic financial initiatives aimed at optimizing the company's financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with department heads to analyze spend across functions, including headcount and vendors.
- Support the annual global budget planning
- Update quarterly and yearly forecasts
- Conduct monthly variance analysis
- Assist with monthly SG&A close
- Produce reports for SG&A by departments (opportunity to own this process)
- Support and identify cost saving initiatives
- Contribute to process and work-flow improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 18 months plus of related experience in FP&A
- Excellent Excel Skills
