A Day in the Life of the Infant Toddler Program Director

As the Infant Toddler Program Director, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing services for infants and toddlers. Your leadership will empower a dedicated team, ensuring that families receive top-notch support while advancing the organization’s mission in the community.


Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the leadership team on strategic planning and budget management
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising a talented staff focused on early support services
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting high-quality service delivery
  • Managing funding streams and overseeing the program budget
  • Building partnerships with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • 2+ Years of Director Level Program Leadership
  • 5+ Years of experience in disability services, preferably birth to three early intervention services
  • Strong understanding of child development; clinical experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in community development and team leadership
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for advocacy
