Wealth Planning Paralegal - $75,000 to $95,000 plus bonus (ability to work remote)

Unique opportunity to join a growing financial services company in the suburbs of Lancaster County as a Wealth Planning Paralegal.

This can be a mostly remote role but our client requires qualified candidates live within a 90 mile radius of Lancaster County so they can travel to company’s offices on an as needed basis (estimated to be 3-6 times per calendar quarter).

Job responsibilities include–

• Estate Administration - including preparing and filing probate documents
• Trust Administration - including preparing withdrawal right notices and appointments of successor trustees
• Prepare Trust and Estate accountings
• Draft simple wills and correspondence
• Preparation of Federal and State estate Tax Returns and Federal Gift Tax Returns
