As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a client base and maintaining client relationships. This can and will involve cold calling, b2b networking, attending industry tradeshows, prospecting, booking introduction calls, closing deals, etc. We are also looking for someone with creative insights who can help us branch out and explore new verticals or business development solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with new clients on current markets (Insurance, Finance, Legal, Home Services)
- Creating new channels of business development for the company
- Attending regular industry-related events (conferences, networking events) with Marketcall team
- Identifying clients’ needs and managing their product together seamlessly with the Marketcall advertising team.
- Assisting in the development of marketing activities related to client acquisition
Ideal candidate profile:
- You are confident, bubbly, outgoing, and love networking. You find yourself excited and eager to develop new client relationships and maintain current client relationships.
- You have 3-5+ years of experience in a business development position, sales development position, or client relations position.
- You have experience within the pay-per-call or performance marketing industry.
- You possess proven track record of closing sales/maintaining client relationships
- You have excellent time management skills, relationship management skills, and follow through.
- Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full-time from our Marketcall office in Miami, Florida.
- Ability to travel to other states for industry-related events and trade shows.
