Job Description
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Duties include greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
- May also assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
- Takes messages for department personnel.
- Provides callers with company information as needed.
- May also assist with other clerical duties such as mail sorting and overnight packages.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience is required
- Pleasant, professional customer-service approach is expected.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Degree or GED
