Position : Per Diem Visist Nurse (RN)
Location : Brooklyn or Manhattan
Visit Duration : 1 Hour or Less
Type of Visists : Wound Care or IVF Injections
Pay Per Visit: $50
Overview : Registered Nurse (RN) provides in-home patient services for resitently hospital discharged patients and/or patients receiving IVF treatments. Enter visit notes within the managed care system and obtain the patient's signature after visit completion. PPE Provided (NOT UAS)
Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse
• CPR/BLS Certificate
• 2 Years of Nursing experience in Homecare, SNF or LTC setting
• Proof of full Covid-19 Vaccination
