As a Director of Strategic Relationships , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner firms. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will collaborate with leadership and key personnel to execute initiatives that ensure profitability, growth, and sustainability. Your leadership will help shape the future of our partner firms, fostering strong relationships and achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for firm leadership, financial advisors, and key personnel, aligning resources with firm objectives. Build trust-based relationships while fostering accountability and open communication with firm leaders and stakeholders. Champion a data-driven, outcome-oriented corporate culture within each partner firm. Strategic Planning and Execution Develop, track, and execute multi-year and annual business plans focused on growth, profitability, and sustainability. Partner with firm leadership to manage financial and operational performance, driving accountability and achieving performance targets. Design and implement strategic initiatives across partner firms. Adoption of Tools and Solutions Promote the adoption of tools and resources to enhance efficiency and growth. Identify and share best practices while recognizing opportunities for mergers, growth, or operational evolution. Succession Planning and M&A Integration Assist in creating and executing succession strategies for partner firms. Support integration efforts for acquisitions within the network. Risk Management and Reporting Identify key risks and provide regular reporting on financial and operational performance. Oversee the structure, negotiation, and management of key agreements associated with each firm. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven experience in firm operations, general/field management, or the wealth management/RIA industry. Ability to coach senior executives and influence behavioral change when needed. Strong financial acumen with experience in business planning, budgeting, and performance management. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Effective negotiation and communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly. Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to follow-up and accountability. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive issues. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Experience in relationship management, financial services, practice management, or business consulting.
