Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business goals.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to ensure a consistent and compelling message.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve key performance objectives.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Operations.
• Enhance digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public relations activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and brand development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market and industries is a strong asset.
