This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at Jacob Bros Construction located in Surrey, BC. The Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estimating costs, preparing bids, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery of projects.

• Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Bid Preparation skills
• Knowledge of project requirements analysis and collaboration
• Experience in construction estimating and project management
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimates
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certification or diploma in Construction Management or related field
