About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team and contribute to enhancing and supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module . In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to configure, customize, and optimize our CRM platform to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and excellent communication skills, as you’ll be actively involved in idea sharing, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a focus on the Customer Service Module .
• Design and develop complex workflows, plugins, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable configurations.
• Enhance and maintain the CRM system to meet the organization’s operational needs.
• Jump across teams to support related technologies, such as SharePoint .
• Participate in design discussions and communicate technical ideas effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .
• Strong expertise in building workflows, plugins, and client-side customizations.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module .
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to work on long-term projects with a focus on enhancements and iterative development.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience developing with AWS services .
• Hands-on experience with .NET development .
