Overview:

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared CAD Drafter to support a federal client of ours onsite in Charleston, SC. This is a somewhat entry level position, and job responsibilities include:

• Develop and review all drawing types to ensure compliance with professional standards
• Coordinate and deliver on drawing milestones and deliverables, communicating issues and solutions to appropriate stakeholders
• Measure project performance to stay within established timelines, providing exceptional quality
• Assist with estimation of levels of effort for cost analysis and planning
• Mentor and foster professional growth, development, productivity, and deliverable quality of team members
• Participate in new project kick-off meetings, communicating necessary information to team to drive success

Required Skills:

• Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Experience with 3D SolidWorks, or comparable Computer-Aided Drafting software
• Experience with attributes, block creation, text insertion, and layer modification within CAD
• 1-2+ years of drafting experience
