Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and patient care coordination.
Policy and Training: Develop clinic policies and lead staff training to maintain a collaborative environment.
Financial Management: Handle budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
Patient Satisfaction: Ensure top-quality patient care and address any concerns promptly.
Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve quality and safety in alignment with healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree in business, health administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare, preferably in outpatient or rural clinics.
Skills: Strong team management, communication, scheduling, and financial oversight.
Familiarity: Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, regulatory standards, and budget management.
Certifications: Must have or obtain Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with EMR systems and knowledge of CMS and AHCCCS insurance processes.
