FirstFour Staffing is assisting an industry-leading Shipbuilder with their search for an Engineering Manager to create and oversee engineering teams, and serve as the technical conduit supporting new and existing programs within the organization.

This onsite position is located in San Diego, CA.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of vessel design, repair and construction experience.

Salary for this role is in the $130K to $170K range, depending on experience, and offers an excellent benefits and a comprehensive relocation package.
