Temporary Positions -- 3 Openings Administrative Assistant I (Up to 3-month assignment) Job Posting October 4, 2024 -- Continuous Recruiting Hiring 3 Temporary Administrative Assistant Positions to Assist with Records Project North County Regional Fire Authority (NCRFA) is seeking up to three temporary employees to assist our Public Records Officer with digitizing paper records for electronic storage and other projects related to the administration of records. Full-time Schedule ... but with Flexible Hours and Workdays The assignment requires on-site attendance (not eligible for remote work) at one of our Fire Stations and/or Administrative Offices located in Arlington, Stanwood, and Warm Beach. The normal work schedule is Monday -- Friday, beginning at 8:00 am and ending at 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch), though we will consider requests for alternate schedules or one-off flexibility to accommodate other obligations (childcare availability, a second job, college courses, etc.).
