Warranty Administrator
Description of the role
The Warranty Administrator at McSweeney Chevrolet GMC/ CDJR in Clanton, Alabama plays a crucial role in managing and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of warranty claims and processes. This position requires excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to support the warranty department.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve warranty issues and answer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty-related activities, including claim submissions, payments, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Service Department to develop and implement process improvements and ensure compliance with warranty standards.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements - Proven experience as a warranty administrator. CDJR/GM brand experience a plus
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using warranty management software and MS Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in warranty administration is a plus.
