Position: Japanese Bilingual Administrative Officer
Industry: CPA and M&A Advisory firm
Work Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid Remote)
FLSA Code: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire
A dynamic accounting and M&A consulting firm is looking for Japanese Bilingual Administrative Officer. This role combines executive support, operational management, HR administration, and business development coordination to drive operational excellence and strategic growth across two divisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in high-performance, fast-paced environments. This role is ideal for someone experienced in executive assistance, office management, and corporate processes such as M&A.
Roles & Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage complex calendars and meetings for two executives. Handle confidential communications and create high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Operational Management: Supervise administrative staff, and corroborate with vendors. Ensure office environment and technology needs are met.
Human Resources Management: manage payroll. coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with HR regulations. Foster a positive workplace culture.
Pipeline & Business Development: Manage M&A deal pipelines and track progress. Prepare client proposals and presentations.
Strategic Oversight: Align operations across divisions and improve processes. Support leadership with special projects.
Qualifications:
10+ years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Manager, preferably in public accounting, M&A, or corporate development.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects, stakeholders, and tight deadlines effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, especially when engaging with executives and clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with M&A processes, knowledge of project management, and CRM tools is a bonus.
