Shift: Monday - Friday 8:15-5:15
**$5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for external applicants.
Responsibilities:
Are you a skilled Rad Tech looking to expand your responsibilities into CLIA-waived laboratory procedures, or already have lab background? Our primary care clinic is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in providing comprehensive patient care. In this fast paced dynamic role, you will assist patients with the following:
- Perform radiographic examinations following established protocols and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Manage CLIA-waived laboratory testing including but not limited to urinalysis, rapid strep tests, and glucose monitoring.
- Maintain laboratory supplies, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with CLIA regulations.
- Document patient information, test results, and procedures accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited program required.
ARRT certification and state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
