Responsibilities:
- Use your established network or our robust systems to bring in new business
- Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs
- Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
- Handle all negotiations and close deals
- Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or recruiting
- Fearless on the phone, as cold calling is a necessity
- Ability to stay organized and follow-up with potential clients and candidates
- Self-motivated to maximize your earnings
- Comfortable working in databases and Microsoft Word
