Looking for 2nd shift Configuration Techs to support our client onsite in Paulsboro, NJ!

Location : Paulsboro, NJ - position is onsite

Duration: 3-4 month contract with possible extensions/perm potential

Pay: $16-17/hr - paid weekly on W2

Shift : 2nd shift of 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM M-F

Position Summary:

• The main tasks performed would be refurbishment of client owned IT equipment.
• Running diagnostic software, drive wiping software, and doing a visual inspection to ensure it meets the client's cosmetic standards.
• You would also be required to clean each device before packaging it.
• Completes all required documentation using our software tools, including a quality assurance sheet to ensure customer guidelines are met.
• Complies with departmental training certification requirements.
• Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures.
• Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems
