Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our restoration mitigation operations. This position will oversee branch performance, ensure project quality, and drive team success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a background in restoration services, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee branch operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably. Manage mitigation services, including water, fire, and mold restoration. Monitor job progress, budgets, and profitability while maintaining high service standards. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve operational goals. Ensure team members receive necessary training and certifications. Foster a positive, family-oriented team culture that aligns with company values. Client and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with vendors to secure materials and services at optimal costs. On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation, providing guidance for after-hours emergencies as needed. Growth and Development: Identify opportunities to expand services and grow the branch’s client base. Contribute to company goals by meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in restoration/mitigation services. Proven leadership experience, preferably in a branch or operations management role. Strong understanding of restoration processes, including water, fire, and mold mitigation. IICRC certifications preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
