A lot of commercial, light industrial, and municipal work. Partnered with a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Description Supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, and personnel, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality. Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with regulations. Ensure work meets specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage the construction schedule and coordinate material, labor, and equipment needs. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues. Maintain records of progress, inspections, and approvals. Monitor expenses to stay within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities. Address and resolve issues to keep the project moving forward. Oversee final inspections and ensure all punch list items are completed.
