Description Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities for assigned projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient workflows. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections to monitor progress and quality standards. Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site. Profile 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role. Proven experience managing both Commercial and Residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively. Experience working with General Contractors on Long Island projects.
