Key Responsibilities:

Assistant General Manager (AGM):

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Lead by example and ensure the team adheres to service standards.
• Manage scheduling, training, and daily operations for front-of-house staff.
• Assist in budgeting and inventory management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Service Manager:

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.
• Oversee the guest experience, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Train and develop front-of-house team members.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Monitor and maintain service quality and operational standards.

Floor Manager:

• Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring the restaurant is running smoothly.
• Coordinate staff movements to provide seamless service.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support management with staffing, inventory, and ordering.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and scheduling tools is a plus .
