Job Summary: The Radiant Clinical Business Analyst (CBA) supports clinical and operational excellence in enterprise Imaging Systems. This role involves working closely with Clinical and Operational Leadership to optimize workflows, diagnose system issues, and implement changes within a matrixed environment. The CBA will assist in the configuration, design, and implementation of Epic Radiant and related radiology applications, ensuring end-user support and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for Epic Radiant and related applications, including system maintenance, enhancements, and user support.
• Assist with the identification of technology opportunities and implementation of solutions to improve workflows.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and support end users with system issues and requests.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing, create test cases, and prepare training materials.
• Conduct presentations, manage projects, and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and ensure system configuration aligns with operational needs.
• Use tools like Workbench and ServiceNow to generate reports and track system issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field.
• Healthcare IT experience, with Business Analysis or Project Management, preferably in EHR or IT implementation.
• Epic Radiant Certification preferred, radiology systems background a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with clinical workflows and end-user support in healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid work model with occasional travel to client locations.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility:

• No direct reports, but responsible for task assignment and quality assurance on project teams.
