Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Experience: 3-5 years in commercial landscape sales (or like services) preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Greene Resources is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Represent the company at industry functions, including association events and networking conferences, to establish and grow connections.
- Participate in estimating and pricing services to support business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through campaigns, services, and referral sources.
- Leverage market knowledge and competitor analysis to highlight the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Build and expand a pipeline of targeted businesses to secure new clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.
- Actively prospect for new clients within designated markets and geographic areas.
Position Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to present a professional image that aligns with clients' expectations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
- Willingness and comfort in traveling within the assigned territory.
