Social Media Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in driving the brand's online presence and engagement across all social media platforms, including TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, be up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and possess the ability to create compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase web traffic and brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
  • Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, ensuring integration with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive social media calendar.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in the product/retail industry is a plus.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, New Media, or a related field.


Location: Miami, FL (Onsite 4 days a week)

Compensation: $60,000 per year
