A prominent Miami-based real estate company is seeking a Retail Asset Manager to join their team! This is an on-site role located in Sunny Isles with an annual salary of $120,000-$180,000.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience directly managing retail commercial real estate assets
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in real estate, business, finance, or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to handle multiple asset types, including retail, office, warehouse and multi-family
• Understanding of the development and re-development/value-add process

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Yardi software
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Valid Florida real estate license
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
