Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Principal Creative Development Producer:

• Partner with filmmakers to drive and execute the creative vision of Film/TV titles from inception to delivery
• Support and participate in developing the creative strategy on feature films, long-form series, and short projects
• Day-to-day management of the creative development and production of assigned projects
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all areas of the development process & department
• Partner with Global Head of Animation & Associate Producer to identify and adapt project milestones, and monitor creative progress
• Responsible for writer, director, and showrunner talent sourcing & matching
• Collaborate on the development of the slate, including crafting filmmaker briefs, leading creative working sessions, analyzing story structure, managing script analysts as needed

Required Skills for Principal Creative Development Producer:

• Excellent understanding of screenplay structure, character, and script analysis
• Deep knowledge of film/tv/theater and the entertainment industry, and strong interest in animation
• Deep industry contacts with writers & creative talent as well as agents, managers, and scouts
• Passion and understanding of the League of Legends universe and characters, and love for games in general
• Proven experience in talent sourcing & matching
• Strong time management, organizational & leadership skills
• 3+ years of experience in managing a project or a team
• 7+ years of experience in a relevant, comparable environment is required
