Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client and elite AmLaw firm with an *unposted* search for a Corporate M&A Associate to add to the firm's dynamic group.

The team is seeking a highly qualified associate with at least 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity.

The ideal candidate will have experience practicing at a peer firm in New York and interested in relocating to the D.C. market.

The candidate should also not have made more than one prior lateral move.
