Our Los Angeles based apparel client is seeking a Pattern Maker (Gerber) to join on a part-time basis!

This is a temp position that is project -based, about 3 days /week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create digital patterns from hand drawings and/or drapes.
• Maintain accurate yield and measurement specifications for manufacture and costing.
• Participate in development and production fittings when requested.
• Support Tech Design team in communicating fit corrections, with pattern mentorship, for vendors at key points in development process.
• Pattern alterations and grading rules.
• Working with the in-house sample cutters and makers to oversee the completion of high-quality samples.
• Consistent communication with the production team to ensure high-quality fit and finishes and review of pre-production samples.
