What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate on moderately complex design initiatives, including content design , design programs , design research , and strategy .
• Contribute to large-scale planning for experience design deliverables.
• Review and analyze design challenges, providing in-depth evaluations and creative solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project goals while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with client personnel to bring their vision to life through impactful design solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
• Demonstrated expertise through work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• A strong understanding of design principles, creative problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
