Role: Web Traffic Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (2-3 days in office)

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
• Developing web measurement strategies.
• Implement and manage tracking and tagging codes on the website, app, and other digital channels.
• Working with web development and marketing teams to implement your solutions and resolve any related issues.
• Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and website performance reports.
• Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
• Communicating and presenting to colleagues and senior managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or other related fields.
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools, with an emphasis on Google Analytics Premium and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics a plus.
• Experience in implementing and managing tracking and tagging codes.
• Ability to create dimensions and metrics on Google Analytics Premium tool to support reporting requirements.
• Ability to identify data quality issues, navigate multiple data sources, and work to resolve data quality issues.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across engineering, marketing, and creative fields.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
