Job Overview:

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of Personal injury matters, auto accidents, dog bites, slip & fall, medical malpractice, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide legal counsel on personal injury-related issues, including wrongful death laws, auto accidents, chemical explosion policies, etc.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Texas Bar .
• 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury law.
