Title: RCA Specialist

Duration: 6+Months

Location: Brookfield, WI 53005 - Free parking available

Training length: Approximately 2 ½ week to 3 weeks.

Summary:

There is a possibility to move to Hybrid based on quality and production levels after several months. If the candidates are not good with onsite work with the possibility of hybrid later in the contract (several months later possibly, no guarantee) then please do not submit them.

Start Date- Please remember this is a class that will have a hard start of 01/21/2025.

Training length: Approximately 2 ½ week to 3 weeks.

Training shift schedule: Will be 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central with 30 min unpaid break, there can be ZERO absences during the training period.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Thorough knowledge of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to assigned area Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends

Well-developed analytical skills

Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations

Effective verbal and written communication skills
