LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join a fast-growing organization in Jacksonville, Florida. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) match.

Location: Jacksonville, Florida

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective onboarding processes and orientation for new hires
• Assist with open enrollment and benefits administration
• Maintain employee handbook and overall HR compliance
• Process bi-weekly payroll; oversee payroll administration and reconciliation
• Assist department managers in carrying out their responsibilities on employee relations matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience
• Experience being the sole HR individual within an organization
